fix: 修复视频方向设置的多语言支持

- 在 navbar-system.pug 中为 video_orientation 添加 i18n 属性
- 修复 video_mode 的多语言显示问题
- 更新 menu_radio_td2 mixin 支持 i18n 属性传递
