mofeng-git d6eaeaccbe refactor(web): 精简前端结构与未使用代码

抽离远程访问设置逻辑，合并配置缓存、并发请求及错误处理，修复共享 loading 状态提前结束。统一控制台事件订阅与清理，移除未使用组件、旧 composable 和冗余状态。

已通过前端生产构建、模拟 API 浏览器检查和 OpenWrt ARMv7 部署验证。
